Ted Wrobel has held management positions with General Electric, Honeywell and Groupe Bull. His experience includes the design and management of automated inventory control systems for a variety of industries. From 1990 until 2002, Ted owned and operated his own IT consulting company. In the public safety area, he was Technical Support Manager for Queues Enforth Development (QED), a CAD/RMS provider from Malden, Massachusetts.
Ed Macioci holds a BA from Bowdoin College and a MPA from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. He has been in the law enforcement field for over 38 years having spent his first 7 as the Planning Director of the Cranston, RI Police Department. He served as a key employee of CAD/RMS vendor Larimore Associates, Inc. for 18 years, the last 11 as Vice President of Northeast Operations. Ed has consulted to various police departments and for USDOJ’s Westinghouse Justice Institute; Norfolk County, MA and Northeastern University’s Criminal Justice Training Center. He co-instructed a seminar on police department automation at the New England Institute of Law Enforcement Management. Most recently, he was the Program Manager for Queues Enforth Development (QED).
